This is definitely one of the DLCs you can 100% skip unless you really like the heads in this DLC besides that… well actually that's literally all this DLC is 4 heads and 1 universal skin and a shitty grenade for $5.
From what I’ve seen the grenade that comes with this DLC the Sky Rocket is apparently one of the worst and useless grenades in the whole game so way to go there. +Unique orange and yellow skin for all characters Axton gets a winter cover up bullshit (why), Maya goes bald (even more why), Salavdor get a fedora with sunglasses, and Zero gets whatever that is. +4 new heads for the 4 original characters as they aren’t seen in the screenshots for the DLC (lol) you can see them if you look up the collector's edition and this is an image on the right side of the store page displaying them. As well as a new head for each one and a unique grenade that all can only be obtained through the DLC. Basically what the DLC entails since the decspartipon barley explains anything is that it adds 4 new skins for the main 4 characters: Axton, Zero, Salvador, and Maya. Borderlands 2’s Collector's Edition is just the pre-orders bonuses put up for sale for anybody to buy.
